How enquiries are handled
Some forms prepare a WhatsApp message on your device. The air-conditioner enquiry form may use a third-party form delivery service. Email links open your email application.
Messages sent to the AI assistant are processed through the website server and, when configured, an external AI service in order to generate a response. Do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential technical information through chat.
Purpose and sharing
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, prepare product discussions and arrange meetings. Information may be handled by communication, form-delivery, hosting or AI providers needed to operate the requested feature. We do not state that visitor data is sold.
Cookies and analytics
